Charles (Chuck) Redmond II is an accomplished senior executive with over a decade of experience driving transformational results across consulting, philanthropy, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Impact Experience, he served as Alliance Leader for Business Consulting & Advisory Partners at Amazon Web Services, where Chuck fostered strategic partnerships that accelerate cloudadoption among Fortune 2000 companies while developing global offerings that create measurable business value.Chuck’s expertise spans growth strategy, financial planning & analysis, social impact measurement, and partnership development. His track record includes significantly expanding joint opportunity pipelines at AWS, managing strategy, finance and operations at Venture Philanthropy Partners while also securing substantial funding for strategic initiatives. Previously, as Director of Strategy at Trident Management LLC, he initiated groundbreaking wealth creation pathways in Black American communities.
A Harvard Law graduate and University of South Carolina alumnus, Chuck began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he launched the DC office’s pro bono practice serving nonprofits and social enterprises. He currently serves on multiple boards including New Venture Fund (Finance Committee Chair) and the Jessie Ball duPont Fund, demonstrating his commitment to driving social impact alongside business excellence.
