
President and Chief Executive Officer, NABA
Guylaine Saint James is President and Chief Executive Officer of NABA Inc. (National Association of Black Accountants), a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for Black professionals in accounting, finance, and related business fields.
She brings over 30 years of leadership experience spanning the nonprofit and financial services sectors. Guylaine previously served as Managing Director of Employer of Influence Strategy at Year Up, a nonprofit organization that provides students of color the opportunity to experience careers in business and technology. Before that, she spent over 25 years in financial services, including as Business Banking Virginia Market Executive at Capital One Bank.
Guylaine is the Founder and Co-Chair of the George Mason Women in Business Initiative and serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Greater Washington.
Guylaine holds a B.A. in International Relations from George Mason University and completed graduate studies in Retail Banking Management at the University of Virginia.
